Sussex Historical Churches Trust – “Ride and Stride” raised £453 for St Mary’s

Sussex Historical Churches Trust – “Ride and Stride” – we recently received the splendid sum of £453 for St Mary’s church fabric fund– being our share of the money raised by our church members  through this sponsored event (cycling or walking between local parish churches) over the last two years.  The next date for Ride and Stride is Saturday 13th September so please make a note in your diaries to take part in this social & fundraising event, either by being sponsored to cycle or walk with your friends … or else by sponsoring or serving  refreshments to those who do. We face a huge challenge maintaining our lovely building, and every penny raised really helps – for more details please speak to the church office.
