St Mary’s Bell Ringers

St. Mary’s is fortunate to have an active and enthusiastic band of 30 bell ringers. With an age range from 12  to 82 years old and experience ranging from beginners to highly advanced, we ring a minimum of 3 times per week.

We welcome new ringers of all experience and ability. We offer full training, lots of support, a full social calendar of events and loads of opportunities to ring of course!

Special Occasions

We are also happy to ring for weddings and by arrangement, a ¼ peal, for your anniversary or special occasion. Take a look at the gallery to view some of the historic occasions on which we have rung dating back to 1766!
