This coming Saturday (19th September) we are delighted to host the Stane Street Sinfonietta play Façade.
After a long wait live music is beginning to return around the country and Stane Street Sinfonietta are proud to be one of the first!
They will be giving three performances of William Walton’s hugely entertaining setting of poetry by Dame Edith Sitwell – Façade. Sitwell’s surreal, eccentric poems recited over Walton’s vibrant, funny and jazzy music using his recent experience of writing arrangements for the Savoy Orpheans dance band.
Featuring Horsham legends Katy Ellis and Mark Bradbury and a group of top professional musicians, these concerts are the perfect antidote to lockdown!
To ensure that social distancing can be observed there will be three performances throughout the day at 2.00pm, 4.00pm and 6.00pm.
Tickets £12, £5 for under 18s – only available in advance. Please book your tickets directly through the Stane Street Sinfonietta website: https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/stane-street-sinfonietta
