Part Time Hours/Job share

We are seeking two part time Office Administrators to join the Office Support Team working in the Parish Office located in the Church Centre, The Causeway, Horsham.

Duties will include the full range of office administration activities including face to face interaction with callers, dealing with telephone and email enquiries and use of computers and document copying facilities.

The Office is a valued contributor to the work and life of the Parish focussed primarily on ministry at St Mary’s, but also supporting St Leonards and Holy Trinity.

This is a job-sharing role requiring a commitment of 17.5 hours per week.

Candidates should have at least 5 years previous office administration experience, be competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365 programmes and email, have a friendly and approachable manner and enjoy working as a member of a close- knit, supportive team.
